Undertaking a building project of any size – be it a new home or renovation - can be a stressful time for you. It is possible to get your project completed on time, within budget, and with less hassle than you might expect.
Once a concept design and viability report has been finalised, a building action plan (quote) can be provided before working drawings are started and building consent is submitted to the local council.
This way, you know before spending money and time on drawings and consent that your ideas are viable.
We have in-house design and architectural drafting capabilities, specialising in residential renovation, alteration design and build, including building and resource consents.

We can also work with your designer to get the best possible options for your home. You can relax because you know your home project is in good hands.

If you already have your plans drawn up, Hutchison Builders can provide you with a comprehensive action plan – with no surprises. We detail what is included and discuss with you the options and items you might wish to incorporate.
Our builders are full time permanent staff and our partnerships with quality subcontractors (plumbing, electrical, painting etc.) mean we will undertake a complete hassle-free quality project for you - and we personally check all workmanship so we can guarantee it gets done right.

Been putting off the small jobs?
People often ask us to do repairs and small improvements on their home. We are happy to do these jobs and have a qualified and experienced team who are set up and specialise in small jobs.
